Art DirectorWe are looking for an Art Director who brings both conceptual "big idea" thinking and hands-on production design excellence. This role requires a strategic creative who can lead ideas from concept through execution across a wide range of digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing breakthrough creative platforms and producing many high-quality digital assets. They have strong proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and new creative technologies.Key Areas of Expertise:Developing strategic, best-in-class omni-channel marketing campaignsTranslating business challenges into compelling creative concepts and scalable systemsDesigning best-in-class websites and digital experiences with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web design standardsBalancing high-level concepting with diligent production developmentWorking effectively within a dynamic, client-focused organizationManaging multiple, high-volume digital deliverables and campaignsClient-facing: Presenting creative concepts, articulating thinking, and building confidence in ideasLeading and mentoring junior creative team membersEssential Job Functions:Creative & concept developmentDesign & Production ExcellenceCollaboration & ExecutionQualifications:Tools & TechnologyKnowledge & SkillsRequired ExperienceEpsilon operates in 30+ countries across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, with more than 8,000 employees.
