Your future role at a glance Location: Indianapolis, IN Facility: St. Vincent Department/Specialty: St. Vincent Health Corps Schedule: Evening Shift | Full Time How you'll make an impact in this role Administrative and leadership support to ensure the delivery of exceptional, population-appropriate patient care. Mentor and develop staff through active coaching, education, and performance feedback, fostering a supportive environment where support staff can thrive. Resolve patient care concerns and complaints efficiently using established facility channels, advocate for patient needs, and maintain a seamless, high‑satisfaction care experience. Collaborate on talent and team growth by providing strategic input into hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring the unit is staffed with skilled, motivated professionals. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
