Llama Naturals seeks a Director of Retention to own post-purchase lifecycle across email, SMS, on-site experiences, and the subscription model. You will lead retention initiatives and shape the customer journey for a growing DTC brand. Lead experiments, build a data-driven roadmap, and partner with founders and Head of Growth to reduce churn, increase LTV, and accelerate revenue growth.
