What You'll Do

• Assess and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning challenges
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory standards
• Perform rehabilitative services: ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, assistive/supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care
• Document all treatment activities accurately within electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and required facility activities
• Support and supervise rehabilitation aides or students when necessary
• Ensure compliance with NBCOT and state practice regulations

What You Need

• Valid occupational therapy license in Oklahoma
• Prior experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Strong assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to professional ethics and standards
