On-Site Community Manager: LIHTC & Resident Impact

Abode Communities in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee our LIHTC and affordable housing portfolio. You will handle move-ins, recertifications, lease-ups, occupancy tracking, and compliance reporting, while coordinating maintenance, inspections and vendor activity to keep properties compliant and attractive. This role includes a two-bedroom manager’s unit with paid utilities, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, LTD, 401(k)) and paid #J-18808-Ljbffr Abode Communities
