Job Description Part‑time Residential Clinicians will earn an additional monthly incentive! FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community! Position Summary Provides individual, group, and family therapy to residents. Supports integration of the Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) model in milieu. Provides diagnostic assessments and co‑creates treatment plans with youth and families. Provides short and long‑term trauma‑informed counseling services and transition advocacy towards permanency. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment when needed. Collaborates with direct care staff to ensure appropriate delivery of services to clients. Acts as a steady, trusted presence for teens and young adults navigating complex challenges. The work centers on connection—listening without judgment, responding with empathy, and helping young people develop the skills and confidence to move forward. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your clinical insight helps shape safe, supportive spaces that prioritize dignity, resilience, and long‑term well‑being. Physical Requirements Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, including use of walkways, stairs and/or elevators. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to communicate by voice, and use sight and hearing. Able to perform and participate in the restraint of clients as required. Qualifications Master’s degree in human services related field required. Independent license eligibility within 2 years of hire required and obtain. MSWs and those with associate licenses must be actively working toward licensure and meet requirements per the RI General Law. Possession of a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, registration, and inspection required. Bilingual skills preferred. Bilingual skills compensated by an additional 6% above base pay. Multilingual skills compensated by an additional 8% above base pay. Positions Available There is 1 position available at this time.
