Multi-Unit General Manager Independent Restaurant Group We are a small independent restaurant group seeking an experienced, hands‑on Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This is not a corporate role with layers of meetings and endless reporting structures. We’re looking for a true operator — someone who thrives in the restaurants, leads from the floor, supports teams in real time, and takes pride in running strong, hospitality‑driven operations. The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, financially disciplined, people‑focused, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This role is best suited for someone who values stability, autonomy, quality of life, and being part of a close‑knitted ownership group over chasing corporate titles or rapid expansion.
