Sourdough & Co in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a passionate and energetic Sandwich Maker to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sandwich prep station
• Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables to order while following proper food safety protocols
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at the counter
• Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate low stock levels to management
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, sandwich making, or a deli environment preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
