Position: Sales Representative – Roofing
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career in the home improvement industry. No roofing sales experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claim options
- Obtain completed one-page inspection authorization forms
- Schedule appointments and assist homeowners through the inspection process
Requirements
- Previous sales or canvassing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to climb a ladder for inspections
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation
- $150,000–$350,000+ annual earning potential
