We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for our 1st shift operations. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient material flow within our clean warehouse environment, involving the safe and proficient operation of a forklift to move, load, and unload materials. The ideal candidate will be a safety-conscious and productive individual, committed to supporting our warehouse operations.

Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas, optimizing space and accessibility.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections on the forklift, documenting and reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, policies, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods during the shift.
