Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing

Oshkosh, WI

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong industrial maintenance experience . This role oversees plant‑floor maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safe work practices, and uninterrupted production across a high‑mix, high‑precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assign, schedule, and oversee work for maintenance technicians on all shifts
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery
Ensure PM tasks are completed on time and documented in the CMMS
Reduce unplanned downtime through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
Support HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, lighting, and building infrastructure
Manage outside services for repairs, installations, and capital projects
Enforce LOTO, OSHA standards, and SNC safety procedures
Keep accurate records of work orders, parts usage, and equipment history

Qualifications:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial controls
Experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Familiarity with CMMS systems, PM scheduling, and maintenance planning
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Commitment to safety, equipment reliability, and plant‑floor support
Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLC basics, or automation support
Background in high‑mix manufacturing, electronics, or component assembly
Exposure to Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
