You'll: Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Making every guest calling in feel valued and heard. Engage with current guests and new prospects to schedule appointments or to provide guidance. Listen carefully to each guest's needs before guiding them to the right department. Build trust by communicating clearly and following through on every commitment. Maintain meaningful conversations across phone, text, and email. Help our service and sales teams create seamless guest experiences. Manage approximately 120-125 guest interactions daily while maintaining exceptional quality. Look for easy opportunities to exceed guest expectations instead of simply meeting them.
