As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.Collaborate with Operations leads and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
