responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of field construction for Our Client's utility substation, transmission, and high-voltage distribution projects.

• Champion a rigorous safety-first culture by enforcing policies, correcting unsafe conditions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Supervise contracted workforce and conduct detailed quality inspections to verify adherence to Our Client's construction standards.

• Coordinate outages, switching clearances, and energization planning seamlessly with system operations.

• Act as the primary field liaison across departments while tracking labor and material usage to ensure alignment with project budgets.
