Key Responsibilities - Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals. - Conduct fitness assessments and provide professional instruction. - Build a personal training client base and retain clients over time. Qualifications - Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.). - CPR/AED certified and committed to continuing education. - Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills. Requirements Preferred Bi-Lingual English/Spanish. Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques. Able to coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey. Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base. Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, but not required. If you are NOT certified but you've "got what it takes" to succeed in fitness, we have a clear and affordable path to become certified.
