Job Title

Requirements

• Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Experience with AI/machine learning, software design and development, semiconductors, and medical devices is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law or can become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work. Must be a member of the USPTO. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
