RN - Post Partum

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maternal and neonatal health, with the ability to work effectively in labor and delivery and postpartum settings.Required Qualifications1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent nursing experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Active Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification.Demonstrated ability to perform electronic fetal monitoring.Demonstrated IV skills and ability to perform lab draws.Knowledge of high-risk medication administration, including Magnesium, Oxytocin, and Insulin.Ability to perform Urine Point of Care testing.Knowledge of capillary blood glucose testing and IStat.Ability to perform Adult Cardiac monitoring.Knowledge of newborn monitors including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring.Ability to perform heel sticks/venipuncture on newborns.Knowledge of newborn medication, including the ability to perform IV administration and maintenance.Familiarity with Bili-blankets/lights and radiant warmers.Knowledge to support gynecological teaching and post-operative bladder training.Ability to support maternal-newborn teaching.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of labor and delivery experience.Minimum of three (3) years of postpartum experience.Minimum of one (1) year of medical/surgical nursing experience.This position requires exceptional clinical skills and knowledge specific to maternal and neonatal care.
