Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with buyers and sellers on real transactions while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your business.

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain a growing client base through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Work directly with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.
• Utilize company-provided systems to manage client interactions and track sales progress efficiently.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and market trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Comfortable using technology and company-provided systems for client management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when needed.
