Responsibilities The description provides a leadership and project delivery focus for land development initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrates regulatory compliance and sustainable outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license. Over 10 years of experience in land development or equivalent as a licensed PE. Mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology, and hydraulics tools. Extensive knowledge of land development codes and zoning ordinances. Skilled in executing site layouts, managing road access, parking, and utilities for large developments. Competency in conducting flood risk and environmental impact assessments. Proven expertise in entitlement management and gaining necessary approvals.
