Debt Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Debt Finance Associate to join its Finance Practice Group in Boston, MA. The associate will engage in a variety of debt finance transactions, supporting clients in drafting, negotiating, and executing financing documents. Duties Represent clients in drafting and negotiating financing documentation. Advise on credit facilities and financing arrangements. Collaborate with partners and attorneys across practice groups. Interact directly with clients and manage transaction aspects. Assist in moving matters from initiation through closing. Requirements 3-6 years of debt finance transactional experience. Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple matters effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sound professional judgment and client service orientation. Education JD from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
