Customer Relationship Management Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Atlanta, GA area! The qualified candidate will be responsible for growing profitability by providing the highest customer quality and services in sales. Responsibilities Strengthen and maintain customer relationships Identify and introduce new products to current accounts Identify new business opportunities in the industry to achieve growth Analyze monthly sales reports and act where needed Ensure pricing terms and conditions are met before customer confirmation Work with TSM’s to identify new business opportunities and support customer base Work closely with distributors and their sales teams Establish frequent visits with current customers Discover and understand target customers requirements Engage key customers contacts Plan, analyze and manage monthly sales expenses Complete service reports for technical visits, update in CRM in timely manager Ongoing utilization of CRM tool Respond to customer requests in a timely manner Collaborate with Client Service team for customer requirements Requirements 5+ years sales experience Prefer candidates with packaging experience Strong technology skills Excellent planning and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Judge Direct Placement
