Seeking a productive and curious Copywriter II, this full-time remote position will create clear and compelling marketing copy for various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support families in understanding their childcare options. Key responsibilities Transform marketing briefs into persuasive copy for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences across digital and print mediums Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to write, revise, and enhance copy while ensuring brand voice and clarity Utilize AI writing tools for ideation, drafting, and editing, while reviewing and fact-checking AI-assisted drafts for quality and accuracy Required qualifications 3+ years of brand marketing copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing skills Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively with partners Experience using AI writing tools and familiarity with digital discoverability practices (SEO/AEO) Strong editorial instincts with attention to clarity, accuracy, and readability Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
