This role sits within the Audio-Video-Communication team, powering sound, video, and real-time voice services that enhance immersive experiences worldwide.

What Will You Do?
As a Senior/Principal Data Scientist at Roblox, you will define metrics and telemetry by partnering with engineering to design high-frequency logging and establish KPIs that directly impact creators and players. You will transform raw system telemetry into actionable insights by building robust analytics pipelines that optimize engine performance and media delivery. Additionally, you will design experiments and causal analyses to evaluate product quality tradeoffs and shape data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.
