Compensation: $65,000–$82,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring an HR/People Data Analyst to help our HR team make smarter, data-backed decisions about hiring, retention, and workforce planning. You'll build reporting on headcount, turnover, and engagement to support People leadership.

Responsibilities

● Analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and engagement metrics

● Build and maintain HR dashboards and recurring reports for People leadership

● Partner with recruiting and HR teams to identify hiring and retention trends

● Support compensation and workforce planning analysis

● Ensure HR data accuracy across HRIS and ATS systems

● Prepare data for compliance reporting and audits

● Present workforce insights to HR and business leadership

Qualifications

●0-1 year of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related analyst role

● Strong Excel skills; SQL experience preferred

● Experience working with HRIS or ATS data (Workday, ADP, or similar) a plus

● Familiarity with a BI/visualization tool

● Understanding of core HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, etc.)

● Strong discretion handling sensitive employee data

● Excellent communication skills
