The Medical Biller supports the biopharmaceutical revenue cycle by ensuring accurate claim submission, timely reimbursement, and compliance with payer requirements for specialty medications, infusion services, and clinical programs. This role manages billing workflows, verifies coding accuracy, resolves denials, and collaborates with intake, authorization, pharmacy, and clinical teams to maintain complete and compliant documentation. The Medical Biller plays a key role in safeguarding revenue integrity and supporting patient access to high-cost therapies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS), or similar credential preferred.
• Minimum 23 years of medical billing experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy, infusion, or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Experience with highcost drug billing, specialty medication reimbursement, or infusion therapy billing strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with denial management, reimbursement followup, and payer communication.
