Serving students from November through March, you’ll collaborate with educators and other specialists to help ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to effectively support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for helping students develop functional and daily living skills
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside OTs and educational staff to provide direct therapy services to students
• Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of treatment interventions
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in IEPs
• Monitor progress, record data, and maintain accurate documentation
• Adjust therapy techniques based on student response and feedback from the educational team
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
