Porsche Pro-Product Specialist at Murgado Motor Werks

We are currently looking for the right candidate who is passionate about cars and especially the Porsche brand to become our newest Porsche Pro/Product Specialist . The Porsche Pro/Product Specialist greets customers in the showroom, preparing them for their appointment with their Client Advisor. Maintains a high level of customer contact and hospitality during the visit. The Porsche Pro/Product Specialist provides information on the features and options to the clients on the vehicles they have purchased. Essential Duties of a Porsche Pro-Product Specialist Greets customers and prepares appointments with Client Advisors. The Product Specialist advises customers on features, benefits, functionality, and information. Ensures that each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Stays informed of current vehicle inventory and location. Contact customers through CRM to schedule encore deliveries Tracks changing vehicle market conditions and incentives. Attends sales meetings and special events as scheduled. Is familiar with departmental sales objectives. Records all lot traffic - name, email, and phone number. Performing on-site and remote, when applicable, New and Certified Pre-Owned Deliveries and second delivery/demonstration (encore) Performing a personalized welcome email and phone call within three days of New or CPO vehicle purchase to each customer, with a goal of scheduling an encore delivery Escalating customer inquiries and pending items to appropriate Sales and Management staff Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly goals corresponding to the objectives of the dealership Keeping current with Motor Werks and factory advertising campaigns Greeting and assisting customers on the showroom floor if necessary Work directly with management team to understand the needs of contribution to the showroom and adapt to meet those needs. Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, and assigned Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Knowledge and Skills Must have a clean driving record Must have positive, solutions-based communication skills Strong project management and hospitality skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization $18 - $20 an hour Murgado Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
