Temporary Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator Assignment Length: Approximately 2 months Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time Interview: Quick Zoom interview Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Temporary Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to the team during a busy period. This role will primarily focus on data entry, shipment tracking, and coordinating delivery-date requests. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and able to quickly learn new systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, is highly detail-oriented, and can step in quickly to help the team clear a current workload backlog. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry related to shipments and deliveries Enter, update, and maintain shipment information in internal systems Process customer requests for delivery dates and provide updates as needed Assist with coordinating shipment and delivery information Help clear a backlog of administrative and shipment-related tasks Maintain organized records and ensure information is entered accurately Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and delivery information Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems on a daily basis Provide general administrative support to the logistics team Qualifications Previous data entry, administrative, logistics, shipping, or office experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Strong written communication skills Reliable, dependable, and able to start quickly Additional Information Limited phone responsibilities this is not a call-heavy position Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and productivity Approximately 2 month temporary assignment $18/hour ASAP start Quick interview process
