Litigation Support Specialist

to join our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy matters.

What You'll Do Review subpoenas, authorizations, and client instructions. Enter new orders accurately into our case management system. Research healthcare providers, employers, businesses, and custodians of records. Verify provider addresses, medical records departments, fax numbers, and contact information. Determine the appropriate record types requested (medical, billing, radiology, employment, pharmacy, etc.). Prepare cases for production according to company procedures. Document detailed notes and maintain accurate case histories. Collaborate with Case Managers, Call Team, Production, and Quality Control. Maintain daily production and accuracy goals. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
