Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to neuro post-surgical, post-craniotomy, spine, and CVA post TPA patients.
• Maintain a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist in centralized telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation.
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and pass initial competency evaluations.
• Collaborate with hospitalists during day rounds and provide updates for on-call coverage at night.
• Complete a two-day floor-specific orientation to ensure readiness for patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience, with recent practice within the last 6 months.
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam through RELIAS within two attempts.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Availability for every other weekend shifts and floating to sister facilities if needed.
