MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our growing cancer program in Olympia, Washington.

A Program Investing in the Future

\n

Over the next year, our department will undergo a major technology expansion, including:

• Installation of a new Varian TrueBeam® with HyperSight™ imaging platform (December 2026)
\n
• Addition of a Varian Bravos® HDR brachytherapy program (December 2026)
\n
• Continued growth of our prostate cancer program, including Barrigel® and fiducial marker placement procedures
\n
• Expansion of our radiopharmaceutical therapy program, with patients already receiving treatment and a strategic focus on increasing access throughout the South Sound region

Requirements

• Board Eligibility/Certification in Radiation Oncology
\n
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency
\n
• Licensure in Washington State at time of employment
\n
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
\n
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
\n

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $560,600.00 - $652,200.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.\n
