This sales representative position contacts potential customers and promotes the company's products or services to drive sales. While this job varies based on industry, our sales representatives often give presentations of our home and mobile products in store, to negotiate deals and work toward sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Selling Mobile products, accessories, home services, and using creative sales strategies to prospective customers
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer
• Assist customers with basic billing issues and other small tasks
• Help demo new products for customers to encourage new sales
• Greet customers as they enter and thank them for their continued business
• Participate in weekly training sessions and associate roleplays
• Meet specific sales quotas relating to new products and services
• Stay up to date on the latest iPhone and Android models

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
