Senior Advertising Strategist - On Site

• Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to develop and execute paid social media and paid search strategies.
• Launch, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google, Bing, and other advertising platforms.
• Execute acquisition and activation ads, education and persuasion ads, online fundraising, and social media promotion.
• Report on performance and analyze data to determine results and actionable learnings.
• Represent the department in client meetings and conference calls.
• Participate in new business proposals and presentations.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and apply them to client initiatives.

Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on-keyboard advertising experience in online campaigns Basic familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Advertising Platform and Google Ads platform, including native measurement solutions Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Advertising, Twitter Advertising, and other tier‑two bid‑based/performance media platforms preferred Experience reporting on paid, owned, and earned social media Experience executing campaigns for acquisition, fundraising, and persuasion goals Familiarity with Microsoft Office, browser plug‑ins, third‑party analytics/measurement tools, and platform‑native measurement solutions Superior communication skills and comfort handling internal and external communications Extreme attention to detail and strong writing skills Ability to set advertising goals and drive campaigns toward them Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proven ability to develop creative, strategic digital solutions to communications challenges Experience working on a fast‑paced team with multiple simultaneous projects Experience in public affairs/advocacy setting is a plus Basic HTML is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing paid social media and search strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on campaign optimization and performance analysis.
