Cut short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X from long-form source material Design graphics, carousels, and story frames for Ajaia Instagram and product accounts Write platform-native captions and posts for each channel Help build and maintain the weekly content calendar Build repeatable AI-assisted content workflows Pull weekly numbers, interpret them, and recommend one change Track formats, hooks, sounds, and trends and identify two worth trying Organize the asset library Produce publishable content under Ajaia’s name using AI-assisted drafting, storyboarding, generation, editing, and iteration Requirements Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated; any major, any year Working fluency with at least one video editing tool: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Working fluency with at least one design tool: Canva, Figma, or Adobe Hands-on use of AI tools for content, and an opinion about where they help and where they do not Strong writing and ability to hold a voice across formats Ability to distinguish between a LinkedIn post and an Instagram caption Taste and ability to explain why something works Genuine interest in AI and its impact on how people work Available 10 to 25 hours per week, flexible around class schedule Authorized to work in the United States Portfolio or links to work, motion graphics or sound design, podcast production workflow, B2B or enterprise audience experience, social account growth, and prior marketing or agency experience are preferred, not required Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in video editing and design tools while producing engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
