Responsibilities for a Sr. Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to: 

• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and fix complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on automated production, filling, and packaging equipment to improve daily OEE.

• Preventative Maintenance & Fabrication: Complete scheduled PM work orders and fabricate minor replacement or repair parts within the maintenance machining and welding shop.

• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the Maintenance Team Lead, engineering department, and equipment operators to support new equipment installations, report safety hazards, and provide recommendations for enhanced reliability plans.

Candidates for Sr. Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

• Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of applicable work experience handling automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical disassembly/reassembly skills and a solid knowledge of industrial control wiring, pneumatics, lubrication, and industrial automation.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for up to 6 hours, work up to 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, maneuver up/down ladders, and wear required cleanroom gowning.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
