Manufacturing Plant Reliability Technician

Location: Milton Roy (201 Ivyland Rd, Warminster, PA 18974) | Primary Site: Ivyland, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (OT and occasional weekends as needed)

A day in this role

You arrive on first shift and review the maintenance log with the team. The morning may start with scheduled weekly inspections—checking machine lubrication, listening for unusual vibration, and verifying safety interlocks. By mid-morning, a production line flags a hydraulic issue; you diagnose, source parts, and return the station to service with minimal downtime. After lunch, you help stage a new piece of equipment for installation, coordinating with engineers and contractors to confirm electrical requirements up to 440V and proper anchoring. Before shift-end, you complete rounds, tidy the work area, and update records so the crew can hit tomorrow’s targets with confidence.

What you’ll tackle

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled weekly/monthly equipment inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems to keep production on track.
• Install and troubleshoot facility systems—including primary electrical up to 440V—plus lighting, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Assist with installing new machinery and production lines; partner closely with engineers and contractors to ensure correct setup.
• Support building care: general and non-routine cleaning, emergency cleanups, exterior and parking lot upkeep, and keeping rooms stocked and in good order.
• Handle manual repairs when needed; remove trash, cardboard, and recyclables daily.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflow and consistently meet daily and monthly targets.

Who succeeds here

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Physical/Operational: Lift up to 35 lbs; operate a fork truck and scissor lift; work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: Comfortable with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses); strong time management, strategic thinking, adaptability; basic computer fluency (SSO, JD Edwards, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Work arrangements

This is an on-site role at our Ivyland, PA area facility with no anticipated travel.
