Collections Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Representative to manage outstanding accounts and support timely payment resolution. This role involves contacting customers, reviewing account status, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records while delivering professional customer service.Responsibilities:Contact customers regarding past-due balances by phone, email, and written correspondenceReview aging reports and prioritize collection effortsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questionsNegotiate payment arrangements within company guidelinesMaintain accurate documentation of collection activity and customer communicationsCollaborate with internal teams including billing, customer service, and accountingMonitor accounts for delinquency trends and escalate issues as neededSupport month-end reporting and accounts receivable reconciliation
