Job Output Reporting to the Manufacturing Technical Supervisor, the Manufacturing Technical Coordinator will be responsible for preparing pre-production paperwork, translating drawings/submittal packages from the Design Teams, and putting them into an executable format for the Manufacturing Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Organizes company projects for production. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following: Formats engineering files to drop to production. Revises nesting layouts for maximum output. Reviews a pre-determined checklist for each project, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Organize parts for packaging/assembly. Office Environment – This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required. Plant Environment – This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes hard hat (when required), safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection. Education and/or Experience High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. 2+ years of work experience in drafting, millwork, cabinetry, or work equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
