Learn more at About the Role The Financial Counselor Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring patients receive clear, accurate, and compassionate financial guidance throughout their fertility journey. As part of Pinnacle Fertility’s Corporate Central Business Office (CBO), this position provides centralized oversight, guidance, and operational support to Financial Counselors (FCs) across our network. This is an opportunity for a service‑driven leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, and who can balance both team leadership and process improvement to support exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence. We are seeking a Financial Counselor Supervisor to join our corporate team at Pinnacle Fertility. This is a full‑time salaried position aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Candidates located within commuting distance of Scottsdale, Arizona are expected to work onsite. Candidates residing outside of the Scottsdale area may be eligible to work remotely based on geographic location and relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to FC Leads, FC Supervisors, and FC teams across all clinics. Serve as the central point of contact for escalations, process questions, and best practices in financial counseling. Oversee daily FC operations to ensure accurate patient account management, benefit verification, billing and coding, and authorizations. Ensure consistent and compliant processes for collecting balances, reviewing loan programs, and communicating financial obligations to patients. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for FC team members, including creating and maintaining SOPs and job aids. Monitor productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction metrics; identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle leadership to align patient‑facing financial services with back‑office operations. Assist in resolving complex patient financial concerns and escalations. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance, billing regulations, and organizational policies. Travel to clinics as needed for training, support, and relationship‑building (approximately 25–40% travel). Position Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 5years of experience in patient financial counseling, revenue cycle, or healthcare financial services. At least 2years in a supervisory or leadership role. Fertility, specialty, or outpatient healthcare experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills. Proficient in healthcare billing, insurance verification, and patient cost estimation. Data analysis skills with the ability to use metrics to drive performance improvements. Annual Salary: (Final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
