Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor Opportunity at Harrison TerraceThe Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor plays a key role in providing the residents, staff and public with a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment by planning, organizing, and directing the housekeeping and laundry staff operations in accordance with state and federal regulations.Skills Needed:Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate others to follow proper safety and environmental regulations. Monitors, teaches, mentors and supervises housekeeping and laundry aides on a daily basis.Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide cleaning and laundry services.Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.Requirements:Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
