Job Title and Details Job Title: HVAC-R Service Technician II & III Department: Service Technicians Grade: High level Journeyman or Master Supervisor: Service Manager Salary: $37 - $52 per hour • Full-time Responsibilities Provide service, repair, and maintenance for commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Work with equipment and systems such as: Packaged HVAC units (VAV and constant volume, capacities up to 100 tons) Split systems Heat pumps Datacenter Cooling Units (Liebert, Stulz, etc.) Natatorium dehumidification units (PoolPak, Dektron, etc.) VAV / VVT systems VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.) Central Plant Equipment (Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, etc.) Qualifications Attended a trade school or an apprenticeship program. A minimum of five (5) years of commercial hands-on field experience at the Journeyman level servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems; CFC certification. Active DC or Maryland HVAC Journeyman / Masters license.
