What you'll do

Welcome guests with warmth and genuine curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have

Guide guests through vehicle selection with confidence -- connecting Toyota's reliability, technology, and value to what matters most to each buyer

Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real experience, not a sales pitch

Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM use

Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

Stay current on Toyota's inventory, product lineup, and competitive positioning in the market

Represent Crown Toyota of Ontario and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

What we're looking for

Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from hospitality, retail, or consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

A relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present, and you earn trust before you ask for the sale

Self-motivated with a consistent track record of follow-through and results

Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication

Clear, honest communicator -- Toyota guests appreciate straightforward conversations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction with the care it deserves
