Position Summary As a Direct Care Professional (Direct Support Professional), you will provide hands‑on care and support to male and female residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and individual goals. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment while supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being. Pay Rates & Available Shifts 1 st shift (7a-3:30p). The base pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential. 2 nd shift (3p-11:30p). The base pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential. 3 rd shift (11p-7:30a). The base pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00/hour shift differential and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential.
