A Mitchell Selig Ford Sales Consultant or Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with the standards of the Ford Motor Company brand. Responsibilities * Automotive Sales Consultant: * Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget * Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives * Negotiate pricing and close sales * Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals * Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, and digital showroom requests * Manage CRM follow-up processes via phone, email, and text * Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits * Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process * Achieve internet sales and appointment conversion targets Qualifications

• Will train the right candidate, however experience does help
• Computer, typing and Internet Skills
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong desire to succeed and learn the Automotive Industry
