Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for Amarillo Town Club members and guests. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with memberships and programs, processing payments, answering questions, and helping ensure the club operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service and build positive relationships with members, guests, coworkers, and the public. Greet and check in members and guests, frequently using members' names to create a welcoming experience. Respond to customer questions and concerns, resolving issues when possible or referring them to the appropriate staff member. Sell and accurately process Amarillo Town Club memberships, programs, and services. Assess customer needs and enroll members in the appropriate membership or program. Process applications, forms, referrals, dues, fees, and other required transactions accurately. Provide accurate information regarding memberships, pricing, programs, class schedules, hours, promotions, and club services by phone, electronically, and in person. Assist with facility opening and closing procedures and conduct regular facility rounds to monitor cleanliness, equipment, and member needs. Promote and enforce Amarillo Town Club policies, procedures, and rules in a professional manner. Participate in required training and maintain knowledge of club programs, services, policies, and procedures. Work collaboratively with other departments to promote fitness programs, marketing promotions, classes, events, and other club activities. Help maintain a safe environment by following established safety practices and appropriately responding to facility incidents. Complete required incident reports and notify supervisors of safety, facility, equipment, or customer concerns.
