SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed, and self-driven individual with excellent organizational skills to fill the role of Accounts Payable Clerk at our Corporate Office in Dublin, TX. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice Processing: Efficiently handle a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships. Expense Reconciliation: Keep a keen eye on expenses, reconciling accounts to guarantee financial accuracy. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into systems, maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Month-End Close Support: Contribute to the smooth month-end closing process by providing accurate financial information. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve inquiries and support seamless business operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software. Attention to Detail: Meticulous when it comes to numbers and financial records. Communication Skills: Effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic work environment, able to prioritize and meet deadlines. COMPETENCIES: Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
