Material Coordinator

Raw Materials Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Materials Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Monitor raw material levels and product movement
Process incoming materials and paperwork (packing slips, etc.)
Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Track damaged or non-conforming materials
Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Inventory control experience highly preferred
Forklift experience required (or ability to become certified)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
