\n \nRecovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is a national organization specializing in addiction and mental health treatment through a unique combination of music and evidence-based clinical care. With locations across multiple states, Recovery Unplugged offers a full continuum of care, including detox, residential, PHP, and IOP services. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized treatment that empowers clients to achieve lasting recovery.
\n \nRole Description
\n \nRecovery Unplugged is seeking a Primary Therapist for our Residential Treatment Program in Brentwood, TN. This full-time, on-site position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
\n \nResponsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members, and participating in treatment team meetings and discharge planning. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to evidence-based, person-centered care.
\n \nQualifications
\n \n* Must be a master’s-level therapist and/or hold one of the following credentials: LADAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
\n* Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred.
\n* Skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and case management.
\n* Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, relapse prevention, and addiction recovery principles.
\n* Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
\n* Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
\n* Residential or inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
