IT Support Analyst
Seeking a client facing IT Support Analyst who be a key point of contact for colleagues who need technical help, keeping service tickets moving and helping new colleagues get set up for success. The position calls for strong IT knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will hybrid, 3 days onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Handle colleague escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and update service tickets to ensure timely resolution and accurate records
- Coordinate with internal and external IT service providers
- Support new colleague onboarding, including technology setup and access
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of help desk or customer service experience
- At least 2 years of experience in IT service roles
- Familiarity with IT support structures and ITIL principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong email communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification
