Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a night shift, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Details

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit (5C) of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current NIH Stroke Certification required for Tele unit
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
